The Shadowlight Approach
Healing is not fixing. It is a sacred return to the wholeness that exists beneath pain, stagnation, and noise. Working as a Shadowlight Alchemist, Marcus approaches healing through the integration of shadow and light—grounding the body, settling the nervous system, and clearing energetic distortion through hands-on Reiki and precise, compassionate guidance. He names what obstructs the heart and invites honest presence, allowing truth to be felt again as a lived experience in breath, body, and spirit.
As a trained Reiki-infused Spiritual Advisor, Marcus is able—after a Reiki treatment—to offer guidance that serves as a catalyst for opening inner communication. This guidance is not intended to replace a person’s existing understanding of self or disrupt their responsibilities, but to illuminate pathways of potential already available to them. The work honors continuity, discernment, and personal agency.
Each session is held as practice rather than performance. Marcus encourages the spirit of both the tortoise and the rabbit: insight and truth may arrive swiftly, like the rabbit, but embodiment unfolds slowly and steadily, like the tortoise. Opposites are not in conflict here—they create transformation together. Clients leave with simple, repeatable steps that can be carried into daily life, allowing alignment to become sustainable beyond the session. The aim is steady inner authority—a clear center you can return to when life grows loud.

Marcus holds that every person carries a divine imprint, and that the Reiki Intelligence is one of many pathways through which individuals can reconnect with it. His work centers on awakening this imprint, clearing the distortions that obscure it, and restoring the inner authority meant to guide each soul’s path.
About Marcus’s Healing Journey
As a child inspired by the Gospels, Marcus was drawn to stories of healing through touch and word. In the early 2000s he explored Christian faith healing and the power of the Holy Spirit, learning from the ministries of Kathryn Kuhlman, Smith Wigglesworth, and Benny Hinn. He also studied prophetic ministry with Randi Lechner and Louis Desiena, which taught him that healing can move through both hands and voice.
Marcus trained in spiritualism and British-style mediumship with Marilyn Jenquin, refining sensitivity to unseen energies. From 2006 he apprenticed with Grand Master Healer Mary Ann Thomas for seven years in intuitive hands-on healing, deepening skill through direct practice and mentorship.
In 2013, he became a certified Qigong instructor at the Supreme Science Qigong Center and began formal Reiki training with Linda Pritchard, later advancing in Holy Fire Reiki with Sandra Trimble and William Lee Rand at the International Center for Reiki Training. He added certification as a Consulting Hypnotist and continues study in metaphysical science, integrating these threads into a coherent, faith-rooted practice.
